@a2 you might. I was displaced and I received my full bonus last Feb. I believe it’s up to the manager’s discretion.

Management and HR can rationalize any decision they make. If C suite passes down a lower target and no way they can meet the current bonus (last years) then they will reduce it and call it fair because they were variable amounts and that means it is not guaranteed so they could stip it down. I don’t put a whole lot past what “they” can or will do to better themselves70
