@4cn-You no longer work for Belk. Goodbye.
This hasn't happened yet!!!still waiting... anxiously!
@ca Don't you have some credits to get or some email to capture? lmao. AP dont get 40 hours like the special cosmetics associates do. or get paid 6 figures like the SM that works 12 hours a week. just because you dont see AP dont mean we aren't there. just cant do anything to shoplifters so what's the point?
@OP when is this supposed to happen??
Our LP is never here at our store. I don’t know why they even have this position at Belk? Works at their own discretion. It’s hilarious and ridiculous at the same time.
basically belk wants to run the store on key holders making 14-20 bucks an hour thinking they are going to bust their butts doing the jobs of managers and associates. its not gonna happen. give it up belk. call it a day.
The elimination of store level salaried managers is the first step to total liquidation. You heard it here first. You have been warned.
Since 2024, things have been pretty tough at our store. The HR, sales lead, merchandise lead, and fulfillment lead have all been stepping up to handle opening and closing duties, and we’re still only a bronze store. Right now, we’ve got just two salaried positions left: the store manager and the MTM. The store manager doesn’t work nights or Sundays and usually heads out by 3 PM. Plus, we haven’t had loss prevention in the store since 2016. If we do get someone, it’s usually just for one day a year, and they come from a golden store—no kidding. I’m just wait for them to start asking the cosmetic manager to open and close next.
