Lots of projects are made stagnant with word "No New initiatives" or approvals required.
These projects are the major targets for upcoming layoffs

@1bt - Larry will probably name his next tropical island Bohica.
@1ap BOHICA is a slang acronym, primarily from U.S. military use, meaning "Bend Over, Here It Comes Again”. It is used when something bad or annoying is happening again, and you know it's inevitable.
What is BOHICA
Yeah… can confirm BOHICA is acquired
BOHICA is the next Initiatives.
Oh, product support has plenty to do. cust sats are below the toilet, AI magic 8 ball isn't giving the information they need while customers are barbarians at the gate and at least
on my team there, they are working with 1/2 the people. had some lousy H1B engineers, but they were all kept. Heck, they are probably shot gunning their resumes all over the
job boards.
"No New Initiatives"
True, except for the bohica initiative which Oracle has recently put in place anywhere it wasn't 100% full-on already.
@OP Do we know when the next layoff is?
So if there is no acquisition planned, they have nothing to do? Sad to work there…
Astroglide
Is that what Elon used to grease the skids for DOGE?
Time to start stocking up on Astroglide.
So employees have nothing to do on a daily basis? Is it preparation for coming layoffs?
