Offer letter states if you decline you might be put in a redeployment pool, does anyone know what that means?

@bk Agree with your plan 110%.
@ac if you believe that there are many employees who don't want to relocate but instead just need time until they find better deals then redeployment pool will see lots of actions.
“Redeployment Pool” = Wait for your friend to quit, and you Might get his spot.
Might = Very low probability.
You’d be placed on standby in case other roles open up if candidates decline offers. There’s no guarantee, and it’s likely they’ll prioritize placing their top performers first.
