Training ain't working. Your managers see that and wonder why you are not doing productive work instead.
Performance does NOT MATTER. The stink and his minnows of garbage managers yes peeps.. will just get rid of us all. Happens every day and the best to happen is you get out of the toxic cancer fake company..

You’re trying to do too much and your boss sees you as a threat. You’re supposed to just sit there and do nothing for 8 hours. That is the new Performance metric.

Sorry this happened to you.
This is just another example, NO MATTER how hard you work, how MANY off the clock hours you put in, how MANY special projects you have.
When your number is called, all of ours will be eventually, you will be gone. It’s all about the bottom line.
We are just a number.

You probably didn’t sit in the chair long enough, you’re supposed to just sit there and look the screen, not actually do anything.
Performance doesn’t matter anymore. Just location and hours sat in seat.
