IT Service in Office?

The last few times I have contacted IT, It has been very obvious that they are at home. For instance, one guy was having a party at his house and angrily did everything he could to get me off the phone to return to that party. The last person to help, I could hear an actual rooster crowing in the background. I thought we built these overseas buildings and spent billions of dollars, why are they at home?

Simple you created the scenario you under DEI created the unnecessary extra unqualified I.T's with no license of certification for I.T. over paid and full time. Your accountability your problem. Sound more like a skill issue but then that's expected for DEI to act like you didnt cuased all this past 4yrs of 2020 to 29024. Enjoy finding someone that's going to be left believing you in the end. Have fun playing how it got this bad or pointing the finger when it all leads to the recipient of the funding going to illegal hiring. You think the investigation is over? You forget the 4yrs investigation is still going. Enjoy doing what you do best. Nothing.

That’s because when you call for an “IT service”, it’s actually contracted out to an MSP. They’re not chevron employees and are not part of ENGINE. Look up the org chart and you’ll see that they’re probably under IT Operations under some Accenture or HCL or LTI managed service provider. Those people will not sniff the ENGINE office as they can work from anywhere.
