I am in the PMR and have heard rumblings of “changes” in 2026. Anyone heard anything about what these may be?

Yes, we had been planning on adding a warehouse position, to help cover when there are vacations, call outs, and the like, but now they cancelled that hire. I'm also hearing that we're losing several smaller independent stores that are switching to urm sourcing, and I'm unsure how wide that is ranging.

Probably cut more reps, triple territory sizes, and cut more order writers. Then probably add three unnecessary sit at home, forwarding email type positions per territory.
