With the "ghost" BH team in AZ and lawsuits alone with major risk in BH across the board are we losing contracts and RIFs planned?
We are told at least 2x a week how BH is failing ..

BH is going to get eviscerated. No ways around it.
I wouldn’t want anything to do with BH. It’s too subjective with a high utilization and readmission rate. Plus, the company’s little “initiatives” they roll out from time to time to reduce utilization won’t be much fun to explain when the inevitable legal challenges and congressional inquiries come. It’s a loser LOB with poor margins and little upside.
