im loosing lots of associates. and they are not being replaced.
some days its just two associates on entire sales floor, especially in the mornings. it's worse now that after covid, way worse. i dont think i can take this much longer either.

Two or three associates on the selling floor of a department store? If that doesn’t tell you something is seriously wrong with the company, nothing will.
I would keep your resume updated. I’m sure you can find a great job other than the usual grind of Belk.
