Lol, I have stock and it's not done well. This is still one of the easiest wlb jobs I've ever been at. No one grinds, and it's frowned upon to do so. I don't know how you're all complaining about the performance of the company. There is no accountability for actions and a ton of nepotism and tribal culture. It's an easy ride, enjoy it. I doubt there are enough people here right now that are serious enough to be able to something and be able to endure the pushback for doing the right things. A Riff is hard, but it's the right thing in at least tech

There’s really no other choice. You want jd and that type of clowns ? That worked real well. Start investing in something besides Nike stock like an index fund. But right now it’s too late to sell at the bottom. You are on the ride now.
Ah, another level 45+ showing the usual lack of critical thinking skills… And WHAT do you think will happen if EH goes? A magical corporate savior will come and turn everything around overnight and the stock will skyrocket? Or more likely… it will panic the market and the stock will tank further. We just laid of most of the rest of the “not homegrown Nike” ELT with Craig and Muge. We tried the “hire someone fancy from outside” strategy and it was a miserable failure from JD to MD, the Rat… If EH (a lifer) can’t turn it around, the market very well may consider Nike unfixable. You better hope and pray he can help put us on the right path. Bc there are no better options right now.
P.S. You sound like a petulant child. If you have significant equity, you are at least a director. This lack of critical thinking skills and emotional maturity of a toddler is exactly why EH needs to stay, and we need to clean house on the Director - VP roles. Not because I think he’s doing a perfect job, just because it is the best strategic option. Wake up.
