@1xy its like if they wanted to officially spin off, sell, or subsidiary an onshore company and lease them a block of floors.
@ec I asked one of the Q&A people who is going to be working on the HMP floors. They said Shale & Tight, CNE and maybe one other group that I forgot. Most of us will never see it.

Renovations are all smoke and mirrors. Don’t be fooled by the designs meant for the new tenants in 3-5 years.
The renovations are not for your benefit. It is to make easier to sublease when they layoff everyone. Look at how San Ramon was handled
