Each state should have this dept to file disputes against this place for discrimination. Everyone being fired for random things needs to file and you only have a certain period of time to do so. This place has become so toxic and to dig up reasons to mark people low on performance, change ratings after direct mgrs enter them or even force wfh then use it against you needs to end. Its unethical, illegal, assinine, cruel. Pls report to dept. of labor, trump administration that american jobs are intentionally hurt and significant exploitation of tenured staff.
@OP you sound like you’re having a sour grapes smoothie. I doubt they discriminated against anyone.
The EEOC enforces Federal civil rights laws that protect you from workplace discrimination and retaliation because of your race, color, religion, s-x, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. You may also have rights under other federal, state or local laws.
