It’s what you’d expect. Mixed bag. Some strong technical people, a few dedicated leaders, more searching for the next job. Still feels half baked, mostly from teams not sure what work they should send.

And of course who wants to train your replacement.

When you have a leader like the head of India we have, how good do you think it’s going? It baffles many people’s minds that this was the chosen guy to take on this job.

Whether you agree with the offshoring or not, there is no one who used to work for him who actually believes he’s even a mediocre leader. Tell me one person who actually has good things to say about AS, even before ENGINE. I’ll wait.
