I was hoping that whatever happens, it would be done in one day so we can move on. But with how little info we're getting and how slowly things are developing, it seems this will be a week-long affair, at least. I'm not looking forward to all the stress and anxiety one bit.

Boycott this junk brand India promotes unhealthy sh-t foreign made products with modified ingredients if the minister looks unhealthy at this age like Putin with Vodka I can only say they caused more uproar on health sector issues with guts and liver instead there is substance in pure drinking water. Meat Eating Putin and Vegan Modi couldn’t even eat into a Chicken Salad healthy Trump live longer than both of them. God bless Messica to Amerika! Balle Balle Vande Mataram!
As in the past they sent an email on Sunday night to teams NOT affected to stay home this week of at HQ Inheard from a good source. So who checks their work email on Sunday nights?? Those affected would then get their exit info once in office I guess. I was laid off earlier this year and still not found another job internally nor externally and have almost 2 decades of Pepsico experience.
Seriously how long have you been with Pepsi? In the corporate world its either this or PIP quotas. Responsible financial planning is optional since 2008
This week is just step 1. Most likely will have more affected in March as well. This happens every year. The board honestly needs to fire Ramon and whichever team that did the pricing changes a few years ago, but if course they go for the true work horses
It is a very stressful, sad week. Virtually nothing will get done as people chatter about who has been impacted and wonder when their meeting invite will come through. Take good care of yourselves this week.
Yep, it seems like absolutely nothing is progressing and a lot of teams are still in limbo status.
