Anyone else recently laid off get that email today?
I already logged in to Fidelity and accepted the RSU's before they change their mind.

Got my virtual gift card today and looks like they took 2 of the 5 RSU's out of my Fidelity account.
I was laid off recently and also received that email. It looks like they are vested already and can't be cashed out until next year.
@cg+1kbzjgpc2 - what nonsense is this? I was laid off in May 2025. All RSUs that you have earned thus far and awaiting vesting - which are your compensation for prior years- remain intact! The only thing that is a negative is that it will take that many years to get it into your hands (over a 4 year period).
Now, the obvious thing is you are not going to get any more RSUs . Nada for the year 2025.
This is exactly the “savings” that management is planning to show along with the savings from no bonus for you. Sad , but not taking away previously granted RSUs
BNY will cancel the RSUs. It will take a few months but you will log into your fidelity account and they will be gone. Speaking from experience!
