Please tell us more about these fake reviews. What specifically is Corporate Risk doing to contribute to your leadership writing you a fake performance review? Are the reviews saying that you didn’t comply with a Corporate Risk Policy and you’re blaming Corporate Risk for writing that Policy, not communicating that Policy, not training folks on that Policy? I can’t quite determine the connection between fake reviews and what Corporate Risk is possibly doing there. Elaborate please because I wouldn’t want a fake performance review and I wouldn’t want anyone else to get one either.
@ag+1kbp35mx8 You have obviously got drunk on the kool-aid. People are getting fired for fake reviews. The OP probably was a victim of one of they many tactics leadership is using to justify firing people to beat severance. I think people are lacking any eyesight into this. Remember the financial reports on severance costs? What better way to avoid paying severance than using fake stack ranking.
You do realize someone has to create policies right? Why does have to be a you vs. them thing. Everyone is just trying to do their jobs and feed their families. Holiday Holidays!

Corporate risk is bloated by about 2-3000 people at minimum. So many people that sit back and say, this is my job—$150k meeting minute takers & emailers. The only thing that su-ks is the low hanging fruit got severance, should have gotten fu--ing fired and the middling people that should get laid off are gonna get sc--wed and just fired
