We’re only allowed to have less than 20% EE, so almost everyone will be VC.
The new rating system means that we have moved from 15 different unique ratings (ignoring the specific we lead category) to 6. This means it’s going to a lot harder to differentiate performance - I think we will see most people clustered in either two VCs, or 1 VC and 1 EE.
