I feel like the leadership in this company is so confused about how to run a good healthcare company and it starts from the top. Sarah London is not a good leader and she needs to go.

I have been in the rooms with those leaders, first hand, i ASSURE you they have NO idea what they are doing, are in NO WAY interested in MFNs Centene or doing the right thing and have been systematically "laying off" anyone with critical tribal knowledge since 2021 especially claims and provider data as that is where fraud can be exposed- keep an eye on NC, I called that "MERGER" 4 years ago- I give them 5 years and the company broken apart and sold. I was a retaliation fire, dont care- I wouldn't sell my soul no matter what the cost. My advice? Run. Now.
@1w3 really? Don't be obtuse, you know what the commenter meant..JFC
@1tm If an opinion changed 360 degrees, wouldn’t that just mean you are right back where you started from? Make this make sense.
@1t1 oh yes, I agree it will be truly devastating for a lot of people - INCLUDING YOU, but you go ahead and keep watching the show in your complete ignorant bliss. I find it amazing how some of ya'll will keep defending the people that continually lend a hand in destroying people's lives, all for the almighty dollar. You can blame it solely on the government if that is what you need to believe to get through your day, but in the end, I imagine your opinion will change 360 degrees when you are the one on the receiving end. You should consider yourself lucky that you haven't been affected - YET
@1ra The American people have drank the kool aid. Orange flavored. And I’m here to watch, popcorn in hand. 2026 is going to be devastating for so many people. It’s just a shame the effects can’t be spared on those who didn’t join the cult. As for Sarah, she’s a CEO. And a CEO’s primary responsibility (again, primary) is to return value to the shareholders. While the stock cratered earlier in the year, it is rebounding fairly well given the felon in the White House. That said, I’d short everything but safe havens like gold, silver in 2026. It’s gonna be a ride!
@1r4 You mean the CEO that deliberately hid the mass layoff back in October 2023 ( not to mention the several layoffs preceding it since 2021) and, for all her compassion, didn't say a word until the media leaked it??? Or the compassionate CEO that opened the all-employee meeting from the egregiously expensive rented Tampa Stadium, sparing less than 30 seconds to tell the employees, "so sorry this is not how we wanted you to find out" and proceeded to make people wait another 2 weeks to find out if they indeed made it to her guillotine? OR the one that made the hard decision to cut her and other C-Suite exec's multi-million $ salaries to save from laying off thousands of families right before the holidays? Oh, that's right, she didn't make that hard decision because she has no integrity. What a joke your response is. Keep drinking the kool aide.
What would you like her to do? This is the sector within we do business. And it’s under attack by the government. We can pretty much all agree that the model in our country is broken. But there’s nothing Sarah can do about it. She’s hired to be the CEO. She has to make tough decisions. Doesn’t mean she likes it. I’ve worked under leadership who were a lot less empathetic and compassionate. At the end of the day, she’s gotta do what she’s gotta do. If you want to blame someone, point the finger where it belongs. At that orange gas bag sitting behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office. The American people wanted this. They are about to enter the Find Out phase of their choice. That’s on them, not Sarah.
Just look at the stock and how she sold off everything. In over her head or hoody.
Look, I’m a cool mom CEO. I’m not like the others. That’s BS!!!
@jz I completely agree. She is doing fine! For herself. For the employees, members…not so much.
She’s doing fine. I really don’t get the hate when you honestly look at what is fact vs conjecture from people on here.
@dv Different worlds. Fun? You might want to just hope you have a job next month.
I agree. They took out bonuses but others in management still get bonuses. How is this fair? Sounds like another AIG move. The moral of the company is waaay down. People are scared to speak up due to retaliation. Our other CEO made it fun to work for Centene. This CEO, not so much.
It the entire sector, not just Sarah and Centene. Look at our competitors…all struggling right now. I actually think she’s done as well as one can expect, given the fact that the mentally unstable President can swing our stock price with one unhinged social media post.
