I know it is predicted to be lower, maybe significantly so without the extension of the subsidies. And is it fair to say Medicaid is mostly safe until 2027?

That was a small sample of 20.
@OP If there was any question, the GAO just answered it by releasing a report indicating over 90% fraud when they attempted to obtain coverage through the use of previous years information. Yeah, the subsidies are cooked.
