It's somewhat interesting to me that BofA would go through the entire process of hiring a bunch of tech employees, fire them all after a few months, then post the exact same job opening - complete with the exact same typos as before. The only thing that has changed is the deadline for applying. Churning and burning your way through talent is a good way to scare off legitimate prospects in the future - word gets out.

one word : India
I imagine one day all the jobs will be reposted and the location will be India.
Gosh, HR and Recruiting have to look busy, right?
Otherwise, how do they get paid??? :-D
Churn and burn. People are widgets.
By the time any job has been posted, it was filled 3-6 months prior.
We already know who we want and the posting is purely a formality HR makes us do.
They are not real.
Very true. Strong applicants typically recieve multiple offers at the same time. When comparing prospects, one of the most important thing to look for is length of service. I like to research each company and speak to whomever i can get a hold to find out how long people have been there.
When the usual answer falls under 2 years, thats a massive red flag. The first few jobs i took were the ones offering higher pay but everyone i worked with had less than 1 year at the company! Got laid off both times.
Now im at a company which pays a little less, but everyones been here for years. The work flow is extremely comfortable and sometimes it feels less like a job and more like a group puzzle night. Dont chase after a few extra dollars, they dont matter as much as you think.
Repost the jobs and hire your buddies.

OP here - I'll take my receipts over your title as "BoA Online Presence Damage Control Officer" any day.
I'll take things that didn't happen for 1000, Alex.
