I sometimes wonder how someone who is 81, and serves a 79 year old President can tolerate the dismissal of dedicated staff simply because the workers enter their sixties?

@sk I got the info along with the separation package as I am over 40 and companies are legally required to disclose this information. Too lazy to analyze it tough.

I remember when founders and CEOs would retire in their 60's. I recall that MH said that he was going on leave when he was terminally ill. He knew his days were numbered and he still refused to resign.
