@2es the survey was rigged with positive CEO - 75% is way to high.
Culture Shift
Employee reviews suggest F5’s “Human First” culture feels diluted, with decisions perceived as top-heavy and optics-driven.
Management rated 3.0/5 on Blind; CEO rating 75/100 (A-)
@11g nothing confusing about it at all.
@OP This post is confusing. F5 is a corporation. Only clients and users vote with their wallets, giving or not giving a chance.
@hn Correct. As much as these id--ts want it to fail, it won’t. And they will still be here 5 years from now, like they were 5 years ago, saying any day now it will fail. LMAO.
@OP If F5 is ever to regain any credibility, they need to commit to a 5 year - 4 step quality initiative. The first part/phase is to commit and achieve the milestone in which all submitted known bugs/errors/failures have been fixed before a software release - regardless of severity. After this milestone is achieved, the remaining steps will become self evident.
I also know that this won't happen because there will be hundreds of reasons/justifications on why this can't be done. I can only think of one. It's the right thing to do.
@OP that’s for clients to decide
