If i am on FMLA, am i gonna be saved?

I was in this situation in 2021. Was notified while on leave and I had til the end of my maternity leave and parental leave to secure a job. All the rest has 30 days, which is standard.

My understanding is that if you happen to be on the RIF list, you will be notified in the day your return from FMLA.
