I am about to join wealth management marketing and would like to learn more about it. Can someone provide me insight into how is the work life balance and the bonus range? The HR mentioned that the bonus range is anywhere between 20-45% in marketing.

Why would marketing ever receive a bonus? In fact, they should all be laid off.

The fact wealth mgmt is getting anything like that is laughable. Not a single person mg team deals with knows what the he-l they are doing

Did you ask the same question a few weeks ago? There was someone who asked a similar question, go search backward. But yes WM bonus % can hit that level.
HR does not mention bonus percentages.

Why are you coming on a layoff site asking a question like this about bonuses? And Why wouldn’t you ask HR and your prospective hiring manager about work life balance?
If you are truly joining here, which I doubt, you will not like it.
