This company has the most micro managing toxic leadership ever. Avoid it if you can. The pressure is productivity. It's a sweatshop. Leadership will smile while they stab you in the back. Hypocrisy is big here.

Leadership stab you in the back is the least of your concerns. Watch out for coworkers. The leadership creates the atmosphere for the coworkers to maintain power and control over others.
That is how it works. The dirty work is done among employees. Mangement 101.
