Feedback from management was they had hundreds of open Rex’s but couldn’t get anyone to fill them. I think it’s a mix of the horrible reputation here and the fact the process is so glacially slow and “leadership” changes so often approval was stalled.
Hiring freeze
Shouldn’t be a surprise- they pulled Reqs and froze hiring
This happens at the end of the year every year - non priority reqs get frozen.
And guess what? It happened again.
At least it’s better than 2024 when even SOW contractors were getting frozen
They always pull open positions just prior to layoffs. Frank destroyed Fiserv.

More ethical than posting ghost jobs... Would you instead prefer more layoffs than needed?
