WHAT CAN I DO?

@364 sorry but reporting just puts a target on your back. The company won’t protect you, they will find a way to spin it to make it your fault. HR is around to protect the company not the associates.
There is nothing you can do that will matter - you will never be able to "prove it" - nothing new. Sorry for you but this is the truth. For those who say lawsuit - no way you can match their deep pockets - you cannot afford it
REPORT IT. The company will HAVE TO protect you. Whether they want to or not. Make a lot of noise and threaten to report the HOSTILE WORK PLACE
Sadly, this is not uncommon. There isn't much you can do. You could try the HR route but then you run the risk of being labeled a disgruntled employee, which may be as bad if not worse than being blackballed.
@j5 if it makes you feel better to document everything go ahead - but black balling has been happening for ages. You can't PROVE it and this company has deeper pockets than you so good luck with a law suit. Look for another job -
@bz...facts!!!!!
Document everything and send copies of everything to your home. Never know when a law suit may your course of action and at least you'll have evidence.
try to post out or get a job with a different company. HR will not help you.
Unfortunately nothing. EH loves their “people leaders “ regardless if they are fair or not. A people leader can have tons of complaints lodged against them, yet they will keep rising up in the ranks. HR will never help you, It is always something the employee did to deserve the unfair treatment. Once a “people leader” had a vendetta against you, you’re sc--wed. Time to leave and start fresh somewhere else. It su-ks.
