Now I don't understand the value of ally award, my friend got nominated for q3 ally award and they laid him off this week. Company is giving so much false beliefs, no matter if you get recognized or not for your hard work. Everyone's days are numbered.

When Dave was installed as CRO the slide was already picking up. Then they brought Jenn in, a consultant, to be CFO and she had only gimmicks. There were others; the gutting of the modelling teams to install a BOA failure that JB liked. Promoting people with no knowledge of the job they were being put in. On and on and on.
