Did all of the forced piped former BNY employees receive a "not eligible for rehire" tag on their employment file?

If you get 2 BE ratings, you will be tagged as ineligible for rehire by HR. Total BS.
There is a chart in some policy showing whether you’re ‘eligible’ for rehire in the next 5 years. It’s based on rating in in which category. Most likely, you’re not - managers make sure of it. Managers also use the rating to take away any bonus you may have received. A--holes.
Why would you ever want to return to BNY?
