I worked with female bosses before, and some can be a PITA. You keep it professional all the time, limit your interactions, and provide NO HELP. You make sure to have all the communications in WRITING, to avoid being thrown under the bus. Also, forget about bonuses and promotions. Just reduce your output to an stable level, and avoid troubled projects. Say NO more frequently with a female boos than with a man. Understand that a toxic boss is worse when is a woman, so make sure you cover your own @ss...
Just wait until she gets "rotated" to another team, or wait until the next reorg. Trying to find another team may prove hard if she blocks you. And toxic female bosses see "moving to another team" as treason. So she will try to push you to quit.
