Section Manager here. I hate this place, cried twice today and I never cry, ever. I know a lot of people make different posts on here and much of it is pure cr-p. Please take this post to heart and make your own decisions. They are realigning leadership at all levels and looking for any excuse to fire people. This includes SMs, TMs, CSs, Underwriters, CA, USAs. They just changed the accountability cycle to the performance cycle. I'm being asked my CM/VP and Executive leadership weekly, that I basically need to find people to fire. They are basically saying make it up or dig until you can find something. They are hiding behind people not providing "World Class" leadership or service. It borderlines on illegal behavior. I can't stomach it anymore and trying my best to protect who I can, when I can, but any attempts put a huge target on my back. Everyone please and I mean please please watch yourself. These people are self-deluded sociopaths running this company and it is only going to get worse. I'm going to find a way out of here. I cannot live in this kind of environment, work for these type of people or be a part of it any longer. Get out. I know how hard it is especially when you have a family and obligations but go out on your turns. This purely evil place is not worth it. God bless everyone, just want you to know the deck you are playing with. This truly is an evil place, it does not stand for the right things anymore and your soul is not worth it.

I sometimes wonder if SMs and TMs are ever being made accountable for results manipulation. Things haven't made sense for a long time. There's so much favoritism and what is essentially cheating when it comes to results. People who routinely get 4-5 ratings actually are just really good at manipulating, schmoozing, cheating and basically routinely under-scrutinized for their BS. The only people who are harassed to death are the ones who are assigned too much work everyday and expected to do too much per each claim they touch who also can't get away with what the cheaters are doing to get their 3s, 4s, or 5s. Now we'll do coverage questions on every undisclosed driver before even getting to the other horrible sh-t like undrivable cars and a--hole claimants. Oh and apparently we need to fire too. Who is in charge of this fu--ing nuthouse?
Ohhh. I'm just waiting to get fired. I had 10 "questionable" claims come across my desk this week alone. I did a lot of "creative" writing but got them approved by my TM and paid. I've been doing this for about 6 months and were are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars. I see all the claims where we are basically cheating people. I do not feel bad for one second! F-ck State Farm!
Making it until January 01, 2026 then going to start the FMLA and STD game with State Farm. I'll get another year without doing anything. I will work another job as going to take a pay cut but the double income is worth it. I do appreciate the honestly for @op, just confirms what everyone is seeing and feeling. Only thing the OP didn't mention was to make sure to cancel your policies. I'm not paying to support this sh-t hole. May all these ba----ds rot in he-l!
Hopefully they will furlough the Jake from SF that could be a son of the founding members of tbe Commodores and bring back the Jake that could be a part of ACDC
