@ev

supporting this sh---y company is colossally mo--nic. especially with loyalty destroyed in favor of market based. wasn't me that instituted those values.

take your issues up with the stank and maybe he'll issue a correction

This reminds me of union members on strike telling customers to switch services to competitors.

Do they ever come back? Do you think you have a reason to be employed without customers?

Stupid is as stupid does. I think the ads are stupid. Supporting the competition is just as stupid.

"I had been ripped off by T for years after (yes, even as an employee) sent in 5 phones for trade in and T losing them after me getting delivery receipts to their depot.. so they kept around $5k in phones/refunds from me... took me years of complaining and dealing with Ts terrible customer service to eventually straighten it out..."

I only lost one, but had the same experience. I kept getting told to check back again.

I never got the credit. Total BS, outright theft.

@dm “he doesn’t deserve to be CEO”
👏
He does deserve to be a Johnny on the spot/Port a John service technician. That is something that suits him and s in alignment with his station in life.

We got beat by a trash talking hippie named John Legere. We were so far ahead of t mobile with 100x resources to compete and still got beat. That’s Randall Stephenson and John Stankey at the helm. I’m sorry but even John knows it’s true. He doesn’t deserve to be CEO. Something is rigged at the board and it’s obvious.

@a9

Stankey has introduced the concept of market-based decision making and that road runs in both directions. He doesn't want our loyalty so I've stopped giving any.

You know, It took my layoff from T to realize the bullcr-p leadership was feeding us all along about how we were the superior company... always putting down TMO and V. I had been ripped off by T for years after (yes, even as an employee) sent in 5 phones for trade in and T losing them after me getting delivery receipts to their depot.. so they kept around $5k in phones/refunds from me... took me years of complaining and dealing with Ts terrible customer service to eventually straighten it out... not to mention the terrible cell service I received. 1 day after my layoff from T, I canceled my cell service, and went with TMO- it is far superior in every way, shape and form... seamless transactions... they do what they say they will do. One time I had a minor issue and called customer service... to my surprise, it was not a computer answering the phone right off the bat, it was a human... a very kind and understanding human that was extremely knowledgable and corrected my issue immediately and with apology... far superior service... so, dont drink the kool aid that the Stank and leadership feeds you.. it is far better on the other side and T will go down in flames because of the attitude they have and will never change

@a9 You are so stupid. No wonder ATT is the worst carrier. No problem, you will be on the list to be laid off in Nov. Good bye and we don't want you as a customer.

"Thats cutting off my nose to spite my face."

That is the culture Stank has created at AT&T. Many folks hoping the plane crashed to ki-l the pilot.

for a long time, I believed that when a company targets a rival in its commercials, it’s usually an attack on the market leader. so if this holds any psychological truth then someone in leadership now sees T-Mobile as the leader that’s why we’re throwing rocks at them

You know a company is failing miserably when they resort to disparaging the competition to make themselves look better.

Nah, I don’t think so. I may dislike the direction and leadership of this company, but I still work here and our paychecks depend on the company making money. I’m not going to support a competitor. Thats cutting off my nose to spite my face.
