@7fk
It’s a dump and was outdated in 1980.
It has a rodent problem and we pumped millions into it… especially Suresh who viewed the 15th floor as some Google skunk works.
It is just a skunk.
Like our management level.

@77y
You mean the brown lump of dump on 95 Columbus Blvd. Well, they’ve been saying that for years now. Seeing is believing. What is even more laughable is all the money BNY spent on this little ugly dump in the middle of the Ghetto to upgrade and modernize it. LOL typical…. The roaches and rats will cry if ever BNY leaves

@e6 The permanent wfh will derail this. Should be exception based only. You should mention forced ratings and age discrimination.

This exact message was sent to all major and independent press junkets. This company needs to feel the strain of employees. Copy and paste this message everywhere. They can’t fire us all.

We the BNY employees of the Americas will be holding a peaceful walkout on November 4, 2025 at 11:00AM eastern at all BNY locations. We invite the global employees of BNY to join us and to submit their list of demands as well. We are bringing this company to a halt to have our demands met. We are demanding fair equitable wages consistent with inflation rates. We are demanding lower health insurance costs. We are demanding permanent work from home capabilities for all employees with the capability established in the COVID emergency contingency plan.

We ask the press to be present to make our cause known on a global scale. This corporate finance conglomerate will be the start of a worldwide movement of the people. All working class people deserve fair equitable wages, access to affordable healthcare, and flexibility to work where and when convenient for the employees. We are a peaceful movement demanding equitable distribution of revenues to the workforce.

BNY boasts $5.1B in total revenue for third quarter 2025. It’s time this company invests in employees. With $57.8T assets under management, this company can afford to invest in the employees driving the revenue and doing the work. Executives benefit from inflated wages, executive insurance plans, and work from anywhere policies. These executives line their pockets while the rest of us struggle to feed our families and look after our health. Robin Vince has done nothing as CEO to support employees or invest in our labor. He funnels all our efforts into his own pockets and the pockets of his executives. We the workforce will not stand for it any longer.

If you won’t commute to JC, NYC or to wherever this new site will be in SE PA, you should be actively looking for a new job right now. Don’t trust that the company will do the right thing by you. History has shown that they don’t care about you.

@cn This is all fake. They are actually expanding the office. The conde nast 1 WTC is for people who sit in Wealth Management division on 54th street in the Metlife building. They are trying to get rid of that building. There was no official announcement.

Has Penn closure been officially announced ? Was notification sent to Penn employees only? Shady tactics has become a trademark for this firm.

Exactly how this happened with the Wellesley closing notification.
If people want to keep their job, they will have to commute.

Not a surprise. To all those that said the BNY would be expanding its footprint in Pennnington…shame on you for spreading that disinformation. All I can say is I told you so. Be ready for anything now. The company does not care about you.

Are you surprised? Theyve been doing this to other locations too. Dont want wfh but force you wfh then layoff you off for working from home. Make it make sense. Id like to know if this is even legal cause they also discriminate against you because you have that status

A big hint on this was BNY’s sub letting of the Conde Naste space in 1 WTC. Robin and his dung devils have this all figured out. Some Pennington people will quit rather than commute into NYC and as for the rest, they will compete for space like the rest of us while 1 WTC is readied. Also of course, RTO hijinks.
Proof this place is NOT growing. They open or rent a new one publicly but close down 2 others as privately as possible.

Impeccable timing – just after the GRAND REOPENING of one of the Lake Mary buildings yesterday. This theater may become a new corporate real estate practice and PR win – celebrating an existing building while closing multiple others at the same time!

It is beyond disappointing to see such distrust of current corporate leadership. A large and growing number actually expect the worst when it comes to human impact planning, especially when the TRUTH is to spread misinformation, disinformation, and no information so that long-tenured and no longer valued associates will leave voluntarily without severance.

They expect people to quit. And they will get their way.

Btw why did they close KOP if a new location in SE Pennsylvania is on the table?
