If they want to cut operations expenses and really save money. Open the buildings 4 days per week instead of 5. Bo-m 20% average savings in operations expenses. But nobody wants to discuss real facts when talking about RTO.
That money could be going towards your bonus Mr Stanley! Make employees only go in 4 days per week and save money.

Regarding new hubs it was discussed we need to be located out west in the Lumens area
Is that how they justify Charlotte because they don't know geography? Or are these out west hubs just where executives used to live also?
The discussion around our annual team award is that right now we are a little below our targets and Stank hopes we can make it up and pay out a full team award. Regarding new hubs it was discussed we need to be located out west in the Lumens area and who knows maybe San Ramon will become a hub?
Expenses are up because of RTO. Who would have thunk it?
And revenue and churn aren’t where they should be. Idk maybe that has to do with all the unhappy employees?
@ab 🤣😆😆🤣
@ad don’t give pascal too much credit. He accidentally hit the nail on the head with his rambling and musings.
He ruminates about “why backfill when we have artificial ignorance” and says “why travel when we have chat”?
Hardly the words of an expert.
More like a Nutty Professor
@ad He is unintentionally the most honest of all them in these things. Wonder what they think of him behind closed doors. I’m sure they love the don’t backfill roles thing but some of the other stuff…not so much.
@ac I think the shortfall in free cash flow is pushing us down vs our goal which will push down bonuses. Stankey mentioned something about tax cuts but I didn’t get all of it. Bottom line was that he wasn’t too optimistic about the size of this years bonus (though he and the leadership won’t suffer of course).
you better work hard for that bonus remember its only making up for the extra costs that come with RTO
Pascal hit the nail on the head — if something can be done virtually, and upper management is pushing it despite it adding no real value while generating extra costs, that needs to change. The question is: why are we incurring more expenses keeping the lights on five days a week with RTO when employees can work virtually and save the company money?
What was said about the annual bonus?
The snack cart was out of applesauce
Pascal also asked if people could cut cut travel and attend conferences virtually instead of in-person. Ya know REMOTE! The things that come out of these people’s mouths. Oy.
Without using the word layoffs he very clearly said they are always looking to cut. That always means layoffs.
@a4 if you read between the lines, it implies layoffs.
So glad I retired, got my severance, and contribute to Tmobiles bottom line and not Ts. FU Stank face.
What new hubs did he mention? I missed about half of the call.
@a4 What do you mean? Stankey said we need to be more profitable, and that means lay offs because we’re obviously not growing
Good news is NO LAYOFFs
OP-
Don’t forget, one of the reasons T’s stock is down is due to the current immigration situation. Per the CFO.
Total joke.
