Avaya told one of the largest customer bases in the world to "F-off", except for the 1500 elites. This screams "Invest in Avaya and we'll always have your back, except when it's advantageous for Avaya". So I'm sure after the mass exodus is complete, the customers will have had the final say.

PE is driving the bus, they don't give a cr-p about a customer.
Fair point... It’s not just mismanagement but also deeper compliance and governance concerns. Booking revenue without valid POs to meet short-term targets only undermines trust in the long run. e.g. largest APAC orders was even recorded without a PO to meet 2025 year end revenue, which clearly manipulates reported revenue!!
They are trying to dump it and run. But here's the thing. Who the he-l would buy it? The ONLY thing they're buying is a small group of pi---d off customers. No one wants Avaya's IP. It's worthless. Every other competitor already has a product in place that does everything Avaya does.
So, just bleed themselves out until the executives can flee the scene with minimal liability.
That's it. Game over.
