@rn yes, agree. My team lost 4 people in June, one was rehired in August for a totally different position with a different team. She was an advisor in my team but is now a lead analyst…I would think it’s less salary than before but not sure. It’s strange.

What’s wild is seeing people laid off then a few months later come back in a completely different role.
Seems inefficient.
Well then should people that get a email for a check in from your manager's manager at say 9:00 in the morning be worried that's been the trend prior
