It would be easier to identify a week without layoffs, friend.
As any honest HRBP in the company will tell you, never let your resume gather dust here. (No exaggeration; I've personally been told this.)
I was told they are currently happening once a month and there will be a round in November even though there normally isn’t. No idea what groups will be impacted
