Everything starts and ends with leadership. Align has some of the worst, people put into positions that should of never been there from the start. We brought back those rejects from LF. This is what happens when your desperate. And yea why change why now why align, the board should apply that motto to its own leadership. Thanks Joe and team, great job running this company into the ground.
After earnings call, Align will start its massive layoffs in the US. Sales teams will also be included. SR leadership is reason we are in this position. Why Change, Why Now, Why Align……. Because Align leadership got fat and happy with their RSU’s and bled this company dry!
Anyone know severance package for US employees?
It's not over. It's only started. Layoffs will happen throughout October, November and into early December.
