100%. Just have Self Respect, Belief in self & leave. So many people on this site i feel are with lazy & loser attitude. There is so much to life then a Job. Enjoy the life & seriously leave if you dont like the job.
When I learned that Bank was putting people on PIPs with very exaggerated writeups I knew that the corruption that hurts others has infested our organization.
