With the streamlining of underwriting within Business Banking the past year, I would think this group would likely be at risk of layoffs in the somewhat near future.

Those aren't layoffs. They are geopolitical realignments of human resource assets that will be implemented in a diverse and inclusive fashion, that is also carbon neutral.
