The Board is issuing 1 Solstice share for each 4 Honeywell shares. So they are valuing it at 20% of overall Honeywell. So, according to the all knowing Board, if the HON share price is $220, the SOLSV price would be $44. But note that the Solstice business revenue was only 7.5% of overall HON revenue. So they are spinning out a business that they estimate is 2.5 times more profitable than overall Honeywell is. Go figure.

Grok chat box is stating it gonna be about $25 per share.

ChatGPT is stating it’s gonna be about $27 per year.

After 18 months, it could be worth $3.21. Don’t worry you’ll be frozen for 24 months. like they did it Resideo. So when you lose all your money, don’t come crying to me.

Didn’t the stock tank in 18 months, and the final price was $3.21.

Now I don’t remember exactly how long we were frozen. I thought it was for 24 months. However, it could’ve been one year. Regardless of a timeframe you were sc--wed. Everyone was selling, and you were stuck holding on.

Remember boys and girls. This is gonna happen three times. Automation, aerospace, and SOLS. Which is advanced material.

What does SOLS stand for? Sell or lose su-kers. sure wish you could sell. Your butts are frozen.
