Are those working on defense or space charge numbers furloughed during a federal gov shutdown that just started? Or do they just halt working those programs and hon pays them with indirect or commercial charge codes?

Honeywell uses the Federal government like a drunken sailor uses an ATM machine.
Honeywell will furlough people supporting a FFP support contract to save the quarter. Even if it is legally questionable.
Depends how well funded the program is and if its classified or not.
