Still getting emails from corporate and my manager about completing the survey. Is it Mandatory? What will be the consequences if I don’t fill it out?

No spot to actually put in actual feedback. Just another BS survey to say they care when they don’t.
Don’t do it. When I was in a manager role, no matter what the results said, the spin was “90% completed it, so at least they care enough to give feedback!”

I answered n/a for 90%. How the heck should I know if leadership is making smart decisions? I'm just a peon.
I refuse to do it this year. The way they wrote the questions too says a lot about they do not care just want a pat on the back. I will send my feedback anonymously through the complaint line. Regulators live to see those.
They know if you did not fill out their “anonymous” survey. They can also easily determine your specific answers.
