If the company is going to treat its employees as disposable, I for one will not be helping them decide who to lay-off and who to keep. Make them make the tough decisions that will backfire.

Grow up as an adult please. You think not completing a survey will make any difference on deciding who to lay off ? I thought IOL people are professional.....

Don't fill out the survey. Make it easier for them to decide who goes.
They’re laying off over 50% of some organizations so I don’t think they really give a sh-t who stays. Don’t fill it out, fill it out, you’re not changing Jack sh-t.
