They pour more energy into punishing escape to save face than fixing the dysfunction. None of my friends in Stellantis or GM have come close to relating to what goes on at this place before and after. Makes them grateful.

GM is better than Ford.
Better yet. Hire people who know how to put great DFMEAs and PFMEAs together. Then discipline those that don't follow them. DUH. It ain't rocket science! Could you imagine if FORD built rockets? YIKES!
Instead of “Quality is Job 1” it should be “Quality is no Longer Important to Us” or “Ford Built Tough” to “Ford Built to be Recalled”.
Come on. Us American car companies need to ban together! Let's blame this on the foreign companies!

Ford needs good and reliable products and not marketing genius. Toyota does not have a catching marketing slogan, and its products sell well.
