I just read trump made the yearly cost of a h1b visa 100k. Do we have employees on that type of visa?

@sd If you believe anything on a site called the Daily Mail.
No, they are too much work. Easier to work with contractors. I do not know any leader that has them.
Yes, Gainwell has tons of visa employees whose Green card was sponsored by Gainwell -
1-They joined on H1B visa
2-After few years of employment cry about getting green card - thousands of $$$ in fees
3-Continue to cost Gainwell $$ for DOL processing delays until GC is granted years later.
Fragomen is the vendor who is paid $$$ in fees/annual contracts/special emergency processing fees etc.
I had 10+ emps - overall GW, total count with these needs is upwards of 1500+ emps in US. There are emps who are being brought onshore from GW-India on L1/2 visa (with their dependent families) which is additional $$$ cost to Gainwell.
Total drain annually on taxpayer/client budgets. This MUST stop!!
Hire local American with no visa needs.

Next they need to do this for every person they lay off here and hire their replacement in India. Everyone would be called back instantly.
Dude. We are losing a bunch if true
@OP "If you're going to train somebody, you're going to train one of the recent graduates from one of the great universities across our land," said Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. Train Americans. Stop bringing in people to take our jobs." AMEN to that!!
I'm sure we have a lot of employee's on that type of program.
