… doesn’t exist anymore.
It is not a thing and it goes beyond HIH at this point. AI is the real disruptor and I’m seeing how this is already creeping into my tasks at an alarming rate

Don’t use it. Literally don’t use copilot at all.
@de yeah, you can for sure tell who uses AI to make them sound better LOL.
@d7 I see coaches, SVs and managers push out weekly team updates and meeting summaries that are so clearly made with AI it is such an eye-roll. They are not fooling anyone.
They don’t speak that cleverly, clearly, or eloquently in team meetings… needless to say these are offshore employees leading meetings with onshore teams.
@d5 a lot of people do not have a choice in using AI or not. There are systems that has AI embedded in it that employees use every day.
@ag This. WTF are you using it? Just say you are and don't. If you could go back in time would you let social media rot the brains of a generation? Probably not, and you have the choice right in front of you.
Open your eyes! The more AI is used, the more AI learns about various positions. This data will help eliminate roles and fuel future layoffs. There is no job security nor is there any loyalty from “leaders”. They're only concerned with making sure people drink the koolaid and making their big bucks.
"AI is the real disruptor" is the language of the oppressor. Look how bad ai is despite having like a trillion dollars invested in its bubble.
If you're worried about ai, stop using ai. That'll help the bubble pop faster.
It's everywhere. Especiallÿ in MS Ofice. Copilot and AI summarÿ
Can you give an example of how it’s creeping into your tasks ?
