True, the contractors cannot speak English and are very hard to understand. Plus they are unwilling to share knowledge, they give one word answers.

During Humana’s Q2 2025 earnings call in July, President and CEO Jim Rechtin announced that the company is expanding its plans to “contract out additional aspects of our shared services functions.” Meanwhile, top executives finance lady continue to drive these initiatives from their multimillion-dollar residences in New York.

If the federal government is truly committed to protecting American jobs, it should establish clear policies: any company with a U.S. government contract in technology or healthcare must prioritize hiring American workers rather than outsourcing roles to contractors on employment visas. The use of H-1B visas should be restricted—allowed only when companies can demonstrate that no qualified American worker possesses the required skills or education.
