Since I'm still technically an employee during the 60 day period following the notice of displacement (October), I take it I wait to apply after the 60th day (in December)?

When and what notice was given? I am Oregon employee too
File anytime and you can enter the future date for the first day of your actual unemployment or file on the 61st day
