How true are the seniors, leads being hit only?
@pt if you send foreign workers back home, who will do the job? I see most of you spend time in the hallway, gym, driving coffee or su-king up to leaders to get promoted! Have some life losers.

Frontline IT workers get laid off because they can't do the job of 3-4 people due to layoffs decided by incompetent management. Now in the last year Pankaj can't do his job without his hand being held so Jeethu is hired to help him. Hypocrisy at USAA is unprecedented.
Too many Indians and too many chiefs. USAA leadership brought this problem on themselves. Send foreign FTE management packing.
